We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Carrington Home. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
How to Make a Return
Before returning any item, please email us at info@carringtonhome.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with further instructions.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been used or damaged.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns procedure above and place a new order for the item you require.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
